Ehsan Bayat worked for 4 years as the Regulatory Analyst for Americo Energy. In this period he provided support to the engineering and geological staff, performing data mining, and presentation of such data as maps and charts for decision making. For the next three years he was responsible for eight projects performing engineering duties, production monitoring, and identifying and implementing production enhancements to his projects. He also acquired significant operational skills and participated in the drilling and work-over activities of the company. Over the past 15 years alongside his other duties Ehsan has developed valuable skills in project evaluations and has participated in all aspects of project acquisitions. He brings to New Dawn expertise in data extraction and data management for oil and gas project evaluations and the overseeing of the acquisition process. Mr Ehsan Bayat was honored by Hart Energy as a champion of the next generation of oil and gas professionals in their 40 under 40 for 2020 .
